Letter from the Premier PDF Print E-mail

The Organisers wrote to the Premier of Victoria in June of 2009 inviting him to attend and Open the Event.  Unfortunately, he was otherwise engaged and unable to attend this year, however he did send a Message of Congratulation to us which we have scanned and placed below:

Premier's Letter

A letter was also sent to the President of the Legislative Council, TH Robert Smith, who we believe is interested in Ancient History and a Letter was sent to the Member of Parliament for Narre Warren South, Judith Graley MP.

TH Robert Smith hasn't yet responded as of the date of this post.

Judith Graley MP has and has informed us that she will be attending the Opening of the event.

Also, the Organisers had word from the Committee of the Australian Living History Federation, asking if it was possible to hold the AGM at the event.  This we did quite happily and the AHLF will be held on Saturday Night at 5:30 after the Saturdays activities have finished.
